Mini Session Terms and Conditions
Booking a mini session (either Christmas or otherwise) means you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Full refund (minus processing fees) only available with more than 48 hours notice. That means, if you cancel more than 2 days before your session you will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees we have incurred. If you cancel with less than 2 days notice there will be no refund. FOR OUR BEACH SESSIONS the notice period for cancellation is 7 days.

2. Single sessions are limited to 7 participants (this includes people and animals). If you have more than 7 participants you must book multiple sessions. There are limited exceptions to this rule, contact us before booking if you think that one may apply to you. This rule will be strictly enforced. If you arrive on the day with more participants than you have booked for you will need to choose who to leave out. We have both been injured in recent years tripping over people while rushing around trying to fit excessive numbers in single sessions.

3. You agree to arrive in time to start your session at the booked time. Late arrival will shorten the length of your session by the corresponding number of minutes. It's not fair on the other families if we take time off them to make up for someone else being late.

4. Unless you express your wishes otherwise, Whiteman Photography retain the right to use any images for their own business marketing needs.

5. For Santa sessions we cannot guarantee which Santa will be present on the day. While we plan for it to be Santa Trevor, we are unable to control some things, like illness etc.
6. By booking a mini session with Whiteman Photography you agree to be added to their mailing list for future offers and promotions. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply click the unsubscribe button in the first email campaign you receive.
